Pearl Counseling is a therapy practice located in the Northern Neck of Virginia that provides counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I offer a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions!
Accepted Insurances?
We are currently accepting Aetna, Aetna Better Health, Optum, Cigna, Carelon/Anthem, Sentara, and VA Medicaid. We are in the process of becoming credentialed with other insurance companies!
Accepting New Clients?
Shelby Bussells is the only provider accepting new clients. She can see those with Medicaid insurance and self-pay clients. Please reach out in order to get your name on the list!
Telehealth?
Yes! Pearl Counseling offers telehealth services through a secure platform.

Self-Pay Rates?
Rates vary based on length of session. Intake appointments are $150. A 55 minute session is $130. For more questions, please reach out!
